- enterprising/entrepreneurial skills
- generating business ideas
- validating the idea
- preparing a business plan.

The assignment is to prepare a business plan. Successful participants gain 10 credits towards a University Degree.

- features or benefits?

The assignment is to prepare a 'Finance Health Check' or a 'Marketing Health Check' for a real small business. Successful participants gain 10 credits towards a University Degree.

- leadership and motivation
- dealing with employment regulations
